inquiries, follow-ups and questions should be sent to our email address

entertained. We ask for your cooperation regarding this matter.

Note: Please put the subject DVD orders or DVD inquiries followed by
titles. For Example: "DVD Orders: Queen of the Game, Silence" ;
or "DVD Inquiries: Queen of the Game"
Please don't use email subject such as "Hi", "Hello" , or any other
general subjects, emails such as this will automatically be placed in
Spam Email Folders by Yahoo Mail. In effect, we won't be able to
read your email.
2. Please include your contact information such as
Full Name, Landline Number,
Location, Email Address, and How did you find our
site (Yahoo, Google, Recommended by friends <include name of friend>,
etc) when you order.
(Important: Don't forget to tell us your location)
3. Please don't forget to send us list of titles which you want to
order. Don't send us message that ask what is the price of your
DVD, because we have a lot of titles, be specific.
4. We will reply via Text or Email Address the Total Costs including
shipping charge.
5. If the orders has been confirmed, we will send to you our bank
details so that you can deposit the payment.
6. Orders will be immediately processed and prepared after received of
payment. It usually takes a few days (1-3 days), depending on the
volume of your order.
We Deliver to Anywhere in the Philippines via Fedex.
For International Customers :
1. Email us your specific orders (Title, VCD or DVD) at
goks8888@yahoo.com

or "DVD Inquiries: Queen of the Game"

to international sms. If you have orders, please email it to us.
