This drama is about Emperor Wang Gun (Choi Soo-Jung) and the historical events surrounding his emperorship. Wang Gun is the founder of the Koryo Dynasty and he is one of the most famous emperors in Korean history.

This is a historical drama that takes the viewer back to the dynasty era of Korea, when people were dressed in elaborate traditional wear, and protected by the emperor’s army. The drama features detailed fighting scenes and mixes fact with fiction in trying to educate the viewer on Korean history in an entertaining way.

This drama is considered one of the best historical dramas in Korean entertainment.  Hard to find this title with English subtitles.  Gladly we have it in our collection.
